Ontario Backflow Testers provides backflow testing, repair, installation, replacement, and compliance management services in the Inland Empire region of Southern California. All testing is performed by California state-certified backflow testers.
We file compliance reports with your local water provider after each passing test as a courtesy. Filing timelines depend on the water provider and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for water provider processing delays after submission.
Appointments are confirmed by phone or email. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. We reserve the right to charge a trip fee for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices for property managers may be arranged on net terms by prior agreement.
Ontario Backflow Testers is not liable for water damage, pipe damage, or property damage resulting from pre-existing conditions discovered during testing, repair, or installation. We will identify and disclose pre-existing issues before beginning work whenever visible and accessible.
Our liability for any service performed is limited to the cost of that service. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
